2012 S (Proof) El Yunque National Forest Quarter details listed above. Non silver proof specimens like the one detailed above are great for collectors not interested in silver or gold.
The Yunque National Forest is a tropical rainforest located in the Northern region of Puerto Rico that receives around 2,000 visitors a day. The National Forest contains more than 28 thousand acres or nearly 44 square miles of protected land.
While most 2021 Quarter errors were issued as Denali Double Dies, there have not been any 2012 The Puerto Rican errors to speak of. My guess is however that within the 25 million created there are doubling errors yet to be found. Only time will tell.

How much is a 2012 S Puerto Rico Quarter (Proof) worth?
In Average Circulated (AC) condition it's worth around 35 cents, one in certified mint state (MS+) condition could bring as much as $6 at auction. This price does not reference any standard coin grading scale. So when we say Average Circulated, we mean in a similar condition to other coins circulated in 2012, and mint state meaning it is certified MS+ by one of the top coin grading companies. *** [?].
