2016D Cumberland Gap quarter

This quarter has an unsual error. It has a ring surrounding just inside the rim. Which is copying the ring on the reverse side. Has anyone seen this error? It's in good condition. Is it worth anything? Pls see pictures.

Is it possible for you to take a closer image photo of the obverse or front of the coin? Or take a photo and crop in before you upload?
