The short answer is YES. We update the prices of each coin a few times a year. The long answer is a coins value is very much dependent upon its condition, and rarity. The most valuable coins, of each year are generally a combination of both, and termed a conditional rarity. So for a penny for example, it has color and condition. There may then be only a 10 known MS-67 RD (Red) specimens known to exist for a specific year. That makes the MS-67 RD worth more than some other year where there are 200 MS-67 RDs in existence. So for any coin in question if you have one that is in say top 10% of all the other specimens it will be worth the max value listed. Obversely if your coin is the lowest 10% it will be worth the minimal value listed.
