Notes: Coin issued in May 2002 and was designed by John Mercanti. It has a Brown Pelican on the reverse, a trumpet representing jazz I imagine, and the words Louisiana Purchase. All the state quarters have the words E Pluribus Unum on the reverse bottom middle.
