Being relatively new the 2019 S Shield Cent is readily available in many of the higher ranges of mint state. PR68, PR69, and PR70 are all relatively affordable. As always look for the RD designation. A RD 2019 S Shield Penny with be worth about 20 to 30% more than one that is RB (Red Brown), and a RB will be worth more than a Brown (BN). DCAM and CAM will add an additional 20% to 50% on top of current value.
