Notes: The Wisconsin State Quarter was released October 25 2004 and was designed by Alfred Maletsky. It has a cows head, an ear of corn and some cheese in a round. It also has the word forward on there, but im not sure what that references. All the state quarters have the words E Pluribus Unum on the reverse bottom middle.
